This has been affecting multiple users in different departments, but everyone is running Windows 10 and the most updated version 20 of OneDrive.

I initially opened a support ticket with Microsoft for this specific issue and they suggested running CMD with these two commands:.

Those commands helped initially for a few days but then the problem came right back. We\’ve tried several different options within the OneDrive settings on the PC, such as enabling FilesOnDemand and disabling the File Collaboration option, but that hasn\’t been helping much.
